A LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

“Young India-Know Thyself” is a program to be completed in three phase.

Phase One: Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) test.
Phase Two: Orientation Program.
Phase Three: Residential Program.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE - 2024

The Registration for the program will begin from APRIL 01, 2023. Last date for the registration & Examination will be 30 April 2023

PHASE - 01

ONLINE TEST

As per schedule

  • Credit: 20 Points

  • No Negative Marking

  • Assessment Criteria: Max. Correct Answers

ORIENTATION WORKSHOP

April 2022 Onwards

  • Credit: 30 points

  • Duration: 3-4 Hours

  • Workshop (Group Dynamics)

  • Skit Presentation

  • Assessment Criteria: Decision Making, Presentation Quality

PHASE - 03

RESIDENTIAL CAMP

May 2022

  • Credit: 50 points

  • Interaction with Thought Leaders

  • Group Discussion & Presentation

  • Presentation on pre- appointed topic Outdoor Activities.

  • Assessment Criteria: Quality of Presentation, Involvement, Team Dynamics, Leadership
